Quality Inn & Suites Ridgeland

Recently I got a room at quality inn Ridgeland while o was travelling with my family and it was the best choice. The rooms were super clean,beds were comfy and we felt very safe with our family.. The staff and service was professional.. Would stay again …

This place was way better than I was lead to believe by the other reviews. I never write reviews, but all of the reviews I read were so opposite of my experience here, that I had to take the time. First, my room was VERY clean. It actually smelled a little bit of disinfectant and I was worried that I might wake up with a headache but I was fine in the morning. In the morning I saw a sign on the mirror saying the room was cleaned with hospital grade disinfectant. The smell wasn’t bad and if you left your door open a few minutes it would probably be all gone. It seems like management has maybe made a push to address the problems in earlier reviews. There’s brand new hardwood type-flooring and the bed sheets were obviously freshly washed. This is not a room that would be a good environment for roaches. On that topic, there are clear signs that breakfast food is not allowed in the rooms, it should be eaten in the lobby. Again it seems like management is making an active push for cleanliness. The staff was friendly and helpful. Now the bad: the hotel is laid out in kind of a rectangle. Depending on your room, you might get placed very close to a highway like I was. The outside walls are thin. I don’t mind traffic noises but if you do, it’s something to be aware of. You could probably ask to be put on the back side of the building. Also, because of its very reasonable rate, there are a lot of construction workers here. I only say that because they were intermittently hooting and hollering at each other at 5am as they rolled out, with no Fs given for anyone else trying to sleep. That’s out of management’s control but I’d guess because of its location and price it’s not that rare. All in all, I would DEFINITELY come back here again and recommend the place if you know what to expect. If you’re a very sensitive sleeper, it might not be a great fit, but otherwise, I’d highly recommend it! I paid $70 for a room, when most other hotels were charging $115-130. While you’re reading, if you’ve never heard the best news in the world before here it is: 1) God loves you and wants a relationship with you. A relationship with God is amazing! God made us, loves us more than a person can describe, and knows what we need even better than we do. 2) God loves us, but He doesn’t love our sin. Sin separates us from God. 3) We’ve all sinned. We don’t have the ability to not sin. The wages of sin is death. 4) Jesus died in our place! He’s God’s son, and loves us so much that He payed the penalty, just like someone else can pay a traffic ticket for you. 5) If you repent (turn away from) your sins, and believe in Jesus as your Savior and Master, He’ll forgive everything you’ve ever done, give you new, good desires and the ability to choose good things over bad things, and best of all He’ll give you a relationship with God!

Great hospitality , very polite people and they were super helpful to my family and I . Room is decent seems mostly clean , location is alright just stay to yourself .

We are staying at the Quallity Inn in Ridgeland now. The room is very clean and spacious. The sheets and linens are clean. The bathroom is clean. We ordered a suite above the pool. To be honest is not Mariot but then it does not cost as much, so one can't expect it to be. We are satisfied, comfortable, and have no complaints.

The room is very clean with comfortable beding and a strong air conditioner. The room has a mini fridge with freezer, microwave and separate kitchen sink. There are usb ports and plugs bedside. Room cleaning is at request. Towel exchange at the front desk. Only thing I could ask for is bigger shampoo bottles. They are enough for 2 people for 1 day only. The breakfast, while not fancy, has hot options as well as cereal yogurt and fruit. The coffee is good. Real butter. The people are very nice. There is 1 pool, indoors, it's pretty muggy inside but is very clean. The pool is heated.

Before checking inn I read all negative feedback but still wanted to try out this property since it had indoor pool but for my surprise it was nothing like the reviews I saw online. The rooms were very neat and the linen was super clean. The staff was accommodating and they also had lot of options for breakfast. I would highly recommend staying at quality inn .

The room was clean. Hair dryer, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable, It was great for a good night's sleep.

The front desk staff here are very nice and welcoming. Rooms are relatively clean and big. The only thing that I didnt like was that their pool is indoor right by the entrance of the rooms which was strange to me. There is a roof over the whole complex, including the pool which makes the whole place very humid. This humidity can be felt in rooms especially on the carpets. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. For the price, the quality of the hotel is definitely good. And again, nice environment and staff. I enjoyed my stay.
